Shipping information

All orders will take a processing time of 1-3 days before they are shipped. 

In view of the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays. Shipping time is likely to be lengthened as a special arrangement of some courier service companies and air traffic delays are to be expected. Thanks for your patience while we work hard to get your order to you!

We offer a 1-3 working days delivery service on all items. Please choose this option at checkout. This does not include weekends.

Orders are distributed from our UK warehouse 

The shipping time stated will start from the day of dispatch.

Lost/Late Orders

Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address as we will take no responsibility for misplaced parcels or if orders have been requested to be placed somewhere else within the delivery vicinity.

If your order is late please report to us by writing an email to hello@kissmwah.com where we will be able to look in to this further.

Returns

Each product is hand checked by one of the Kiss Mwah staff. We do our best to make sure that all our customers get 100% satisfaction of product received. We make sure that all items are received in perfect condition. Although sometimes issues do occur we are always happy to rectify the problem in the best way possible. If you do find a fault with the item upon receiving, please take images of the product and contact us right away. We will work alongside you to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your item.

If you wish to return your items, please email us with the reason why to hello@kissmwah.com within 10 days of receiving your items. (The 10 days will be based on the delivery date.)

Please note: Personalised items are handcrafted to each persons persona, other then a fault from Kiss Mwah we will be happy to issue 50% of the processing fee of the refund amount if necessary.
